Over the years, Jona’s work has appeared in exhibitions at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, the Getty Museum, and SFMOMA. Her photographs have also been featured in The New York Times, The Guardian, Mother Jones, and Vice. In addition, her films have screened internationally. Her book Cherry Hill merges memoir and cinematic imagery to explore family, identity, and female self-definition — a visual story that, in every way, redefines the female gaze.
