The Information That We Collect

Après Divorce collects two types of information about visitors or members (“Users”) of our Site: (1) Personally identifiable information: In general, you do not have to provide us with your personally identifiable information to use this Site. However, when you join as a member of Après Divorce we may keep a record of the personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register with the Site. In addition, if you contact us by email through the Site, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence. In any event, we reserve the right to use your email address and any other personally identifiable information that you provide to us to respond to you and to send you marketing materials for our own goods and services, as well as those of our advertising partners. The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and Après Divorce does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
