There’s been much talk about divorce/breakup registries. Should they…shouldn’t they? In remembering Carrie’s registry for her shoes, I thought, why not? Like a new bride, I needed a lot of the basics and was starting a new chapter. So off I went to Bed Bath & Beyond. No- there wasn’t a divorce category so I registered under ‘other’. I sent out invitations with my registry information, and celebrated my new beginning and my fresh start with friends, family and wonderful gifts from my registry. My new abode reflects me and I love my new dishes, silverware and all the other essentials I didn’t have. Let’s not forget some fun stuff too … like my wine glasses.
