Nicole has been working in the field of sexuality for over twenty years. She has worked with women of all ages from childhood to adulthood learn how to gain sexual knowledge and self-confidence. Nicole is both a sex educator and a clinic psychotherapist with training and experience helping women learn how to experience pleasure As a sex therapist at MAZE Women’s Health she specifically works to help women overcome numerous forms of sexual dysfunction including, lack of desire and painful sex. Many women suffer years in silence feeling too much shame and guilt to even think they deserve a healthy sex life. In her workshops, Nicole provides practical advice on sex, sexuality, sexual technique as well as healthy communication skills. Nicole believes that with the right amount of education and support all women can have the sexual confidence they need to feel sexually empowered and enjoy the sex life they would like to have. This workshop will include a discussion on women’s sexuality, how to conquer female sexual dysfunction and enjoying sex at any age.
